বাংলাদেশের ওষুধের মান এখন সারা পৃথিবীতে সমাদৃত। ওষুধের মান ও মূল্য DGDA কর্তৃক যথেষ্ঠ নিয়ন্ত্রিত। তার পরেও বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার তথ্য মতে, বাংলাদেশের বাজারে ১০% ওষুধ নকল, যা মূলত অধিক মুনাফার লোভে কিছু অসাধু ওষুধ ব্যবসায়ীর কারসাজি। সাধারণ মানুষের পক্ষে নকল ওষুধ ও আসল ওষুেধর পার্থক্য করা কঠিন, এর ফলে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয় সাধারণ মানুষ, সরকার ও আসল ওষুধ প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান। প্রশাসন মাঝে মধ্যে ঐসব ব্যবসায়ীর বিরুদ্ধে তৎপর হলেও তারা বহাল তবিয়তেই কাজ চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। দ্বিতীয় সমস্যা দেখা দিয়েছে বিশ্বব্যাপী ওষুধের কাচামালের মূল্য বৃদ্ধির কারণে। দিন দিন বেড়ে যাচ্ছে জীবনরক্ষাকারী ওষুধের মূল্য। ওষুধ শিল্পে কাঁচামাল আমদানি থেকে শুরু করে ওষুধের বিপনন পর্যন্ত সরকারের নিয়ন্ত্রন রয়েছে। ওষুধের ক্ষেত্রে আর্ত দুটি মূলনীতি নিয়ে চলে।
প্রথমত গুনগত মানের ক্ষেত্রে কোন আপোষ নয়। ওষুধ প্রস্তুতকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান যে মানের ওষুধ দিবে তা নিয়ে আমাদের কিছু করার নেই। প্রতিষ্ঠিত কোম্পানীগুলো সাধারণত খারাপ ওষুধ দেয় না। মানুষ প্রতারিত হয় খোলা বাজার থেকে নকল ওষুধ কিনে। আমরা কখনই খোলা বাজার থেকে ওষুধ ক্রয় করিনা। সরাসরি কোম্পানি থেকে ওষুধ ক্রয় করা হয় যা নকল ওষুধ ক্রয়ের সম্ভাবনা শূণ্যে নিয়ে আসে। বিপননের সময় ওষুধের নাম, ব্যাচ নং, প্রস্তুতের তারিখ এবং মেয়াদ উত্তীর্নের তারিখ উল্লেখ করে সিলিং করে পাঠানো হয়। ক্রেতা সবকিছু চেক করে অর্থ পরিশোধ করবেন। এর পরও কোন ভূল বা সমস্যা হলে অভিযোগের সত্যতা যাচাই করে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ ক্রয়মূল্য ফেরত দিতে অঙ্গীকার বদ্ধ।
দ্বিতীয়ত ওষুধের ক্রমবর্ধমান মূল্যে রোগীদেরকে কিছুটা হলেও স্বস্তি দেওয়া আর্ত নেটওয়ার্কের লক্ষ্য। সে লক্ষ্যে বর্তমানে আমরা সকল ওষুধের ক্ষেত্রে ন্যুনতম ১2% মূল্য ছাড় দিচ্ছি। কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষত কিছু ইনজেকশনের ক্ষেত্রে আরো বেশি ডিসকাউন্ট পাওয়া যায়। সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা ৩০% পর্যন্ত মূল্যছাড় দেওয়ার আশাবাদ রাখি। একটি অনলাইন অনুরোধেই এই সেবা অনায়াসে পেয়ে যাচ্ছেন কোন বাড়তি খরচ ব্যতিরেকেই।আরও কিছু জানার জন্য FAQ এ ক্লিক করুন।
The quality of medicine in Bangladesh is now appreciated all over the world. The quality and price of the medicines are quite controlled by the DGDA. Even then, according to World Health Organization data, 10% of the drugs in the market are counterfeit, which is largely due to some dishonest trading by merchants in the greed of excess profit. It is difficult for ordinary people to distinguish fake medicine and real medicines, resulting in the loss of common people, government and original pharmaceutical companies. Although the administration is active against those traders, they are continuing to operate in the same way. The second problem has been due to the increase in the price of raw materials of global medicine. The price of lifesaving drugs is increasing day by day. To solve this problem, with due permission of DGDA, Arto has established an online pharmacy or medical store in Dhaka which is able to provide medicine home delivery throughout Bangladesh. In medicine trading, Arto maintains two fundamental principles.
Firstly, there is no compromise in quality standards. There is nothing we can do about the quality of medicines that the pharmaceutical companies will provide. Established companies generally do not provide below standard medicines. People are cheated to buy fake drugs from the open market. We never buy drugs from the open market. Medicines are purchased directly from the pharmaceutical companies, which bring the possibility of buying fake drugs to zero. During the marketing, the name of the drug, batch number, date of preparation and the date of expiry is tagged with a sealed packet of medicine. The buyer will check everything and then pay the money. If there is anything wrong or problem, we promise to return the full purchase price after checking the authenticity of the complaint.
Secondly, the focus of Arto network is to provide some relief to the patients at a rising price of medicines. With that goal, we are currently offering a minimum of 12% discount for all medicines.
