The patients will not have to come to the office from distant ends to receive any service of Arto: Bangladesh Patient Support Network. The Network will deliver all its services on the PC or smartphone screen. The buyer will order the medicine in his room. With the help of courier service, the drug will reach to their door. medicine is mailed to the customer in a sealed packet with a list mentioning its batch number, date of preparation, and the date of expiry. The buyer will have the right to accept or refuse any product after appropriate review. Any kind of mistake done by the network will be accepted and Arto will fix it at its own expense.
Arto will provide home services facility to the patients who are bound to bed for collecting an investigation sample.
